The Franciscan HEALTHeACCESS program is a care-delivery model which reflects a trend in healthcare today. What is HEALTHeACCESS

The HEALTHeACCESS program is a service where you may receive treatment for common medical needs. The program is available for the benefit of all enrolled employees and dependents. Medical services are provided by Franciscan Health.

What HEALTHeACCESS isn’t

This is NOT health insurance. Instead, this is a program where you are provided medical access. You can see a doctor or a nurse practitioner for common medical needs.

Prescription costs

Many common prescriptions are included! However, there may be additional prescription costs outside of this program, dependent on your need.

Lab costs

Many labs are included, list available. any required additional (outsourced) lab work would be an additional cost.

Access Duration

You and your dependents are eligible for
HEALTHeACCESS for the duration of your
employment. Your eligibility continues through the
last day of the month when your employment is complete
